Due to the current devastating constraints of the COVID-19 Virus, we are experiencing delays with our supply chain including but not limited to garments , inks & other consumables. As a direct result, our current lead times are 10-15 business days, however this is not completely guranteed as some items may be out of stock in which case our team will contact you with alternartives or if you prefer, a full refund of your order.
On behalf of our team at Pro Print Group, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and we fully understand the implications moving forward.
Pro Print Group is offering full refunds on any unfulfilled orders which you can request in writing by following the below steps:
1. Please do not call our call centre as we are no longer taking calls.
2. Please do not contact us via any social media platforms, they are not monitored.
3. Email our senior customer support team directly on help@proprintgroup.com.au
4. Include your Order Number (starting with MCT - XXXXX) in the subject line.
5. Please request whether you would like a full refund, you’re happy to wait to receive your order, or you'd like alternative options.
